30-day returns on most parts

If a part doesn't fit your bike or you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • You'll cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error
  • Email us at aidenburciaga4@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back

What's not returnable

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Apparel that's been worn or washed
  • Tires that have been mounted
  • Brake fluids or any consumables

Defective or damaged on arrival

If your part arrived defective or damaged, we'll cover return shipping and replace it or refund you in full. Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll handle it fast.

Warranty on parts

All parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 90 days to 1 year depending on the item). If something fails under normal use within the warranty window, we'll work with you to repair, replace, or refund.

Crash damage, abuse, improper installation, and wear-and-tear are not covered.

How to start a return or warranty claim

Email aidenburciaga4@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The part in question
  3. Photos of the issue (for defects/damage)
  4. A short description of what happened

We typically respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
