Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States and to most international destinations. If you're outside the US and don't see a shipping rate at checkout, message us before ordering and we'll get you a quote.

How fast we ship

• Order processing: 1–2 business days for in-stock items
• US Standard Ground: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• US Expedited: available at checkout for select items

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Large items like wheel sets and brake kits may carry higher shipping due to size.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at aidenburciaga4@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Pre-orders and back-orders

If a product is marked pre-order or back-order, the expected ship date is listed in the description. We'll email you with updates if anything changes.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
